Jinder Mahal drew lots of attention earlier this year when he challenged for the WWE World Heavyweight Title on RAW. Despite his efforts, he did not secure the championship, and WWE released him in April. Now, it seems Mahal is poised to make his AAA debut by teaming up with a star from AEW.

Jinder Mahal’s post-WWE name has also been revealed, which is now Raj Deshi and fans simply wanted to know whether he will end up competing all over the world now that he’s a free agent.

Lucha Libre Online took to Twitter and confirmed that Jinder Mahal is set to make his AAA debut at the TripleManía XXXII event in CDMX on August 17th this year. He will be teaming up with AEW star Satnam Singh, with Jeff Jarrett in their corner.

”Former WWE World Champion, The Maharaja, Raj Dhesi, formerly known as Jinder Mahal, arrives at AAA for TripleManía XXXII in CDMX!!!! Enormous!!!”

In Satnam Singh’s case, he was removed from the active AEW roster recently. Regardless, Jinder Mahal is clearly making strides and wants to have a lot of experience outside WWE, so we’ll have to see how he will fare at TripleManía XXXII.
