Darby Allin has been plagued by a series of unfortunate events this year, starting with a foot injury that was followed by a bus accident and he has been absent since Double or Nothing. In light of his absence, his current status has been revealed.

Darby Allin competed in the Anarchy in the Arena match at Double or Nothing, representing Team AEW. The match took a dramatic turn when Allin set Jack Perry on fire after Perry involved Tony Khan in the chaos. Subsequently, the Young Bucks hung Allin upside down and repeatedly struck his face with shoes embedded with thumbtacks, causing significant pain and injury.

The match concluded with Jack Perry pinning Bryan Danielson for the win, leaving fans deeply concerned about Allin’s well-being. Following the intense encounter, reports indicated that Darby Allin underwent an MRI and will be sidelined indefinitely due to his injuries.

According to Fightful Select, Darby Allin has been given time off to fully recover from his injuries, as he was not at full strength during Double or Nothing. There is currently no specific timeline for his return to the ring, but it is anticipated that he will make his comeback relatively soon.

A dog also attempted to bite Darby Allin’s nose off recently. Given Darby Allin’s history of injuries, it’s understandable that fans are concerned about his condition and his future return to AEW television. Regardless, we’ll have to see when he will return to AEW television.
