Batista has worked hard to establish himself as one of the greatest Superstars in WWE’s history, but his time in WWE was not always bed of roses. The Animal is never afraid of expressing his opinion, which is why it comes as no surprise he recently stated that WWE left money on the table with The Hurt Business.

The Hurt Business, comprising Bobby Lashley, MVP, Cedric Alexander, and Shelton Benjamin, made a notable impact during their tenure in WWE. They elevated each member’s career and left a lasting impression on fans. However, the group disbanded in 2021, much to the disappointment of their supporters.

Roman Reigns himself stated that the faction’s breakup came too soon. Despite brief attempt at a reunion, it was short-lived, leaving fans with little hope of a comeback. Bobby Lashley has openly shared that the breakup deeply affected him, stating it ‘hurt his heart.’

MVP recently took to his Instagram and uploaded a post featuring The Hurt Business when they were on top of WWE. Batista commented on the post and made it clear that WWE left a lot of money on the table with The Hurt Business.

“They left a lot of money on the table with that one. Color me confused!”

MVP has claimed that Triple H has refused to bring back the faction. It’s unclear why Triple H might have declined to bring back The Hurt Business, a faction that enjoyed popularity during its time in WWE. Speculation about such decisions often revolves around creative direction, roster dynamics, or other strategic considerations within the company.
