Logan Paul’s unexpected foray into professional wrestling has definitely surprised many fans, and there is a strong sentiment among fans to see him lose the US Title to LA Knight. The anticipated date for their title match has now been revealed.
During the June 14th edition of Friday Night SmackDown, a video showed LA Knight breaking into Logan Paul’s house and chilling in his pool. However, Paul wasn’t physically present at the show.
With WWE currently building a feud between LA Knight and United States Champion Logan Paul, speculation has been rife about when their anticipated match will take place.
According to Dave Meltzer in the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the match between LA Knight and Logan Paul for the United States Championship is “earmarked” for SummerSlam.
”As things stand this week, Cody Rhodes vs Solo Sikoa, & Logan Paul vs LA Knight are both earmarked for SummerSlam and not MITB”
It’s expected that WWE will officially announce the match following the Money in the Bank pay-per-view, setting the stage for a significant showdown at SummerSlam. Therefore, we’ll have to see if Paul will finally end up dropping the title to LA Knight at SummerSlam.
