CM Punk has been part of many memorable angles during his time in WWE and that includes the underrated Straight Edge Society faction. Interestingly enough, Punk had a mini-reunion of sorts ahead of SmackDown this week.

The Straight Edge Society was a short-lived faction in WWE, debuting in November 2009 and disbanding in September 2010. Originally led by CM Punk, the group initially included Luke Gallows, with Serena Deeb joining soon after and Joey Mercury being the final member to round out the faction.

Ahead of the June 21st edition of Friday Night SmackDown, CM Punk, Luke Gallows, and Karl Anderson of The OC were spotted enjoying a meal at the famous Wiener’s Circle in Chicago. Punk shared a photo of the trio together on his Instagram story, as fans were happy to see Punk and Gallows have a mini Straight Edge Society reunion.

The Straight Edge Superstar is set to make an appearance on the June 21st edition of Friday Night SmackDown, where he will be revealing his in-ring return status after his triceps injury, so we’ll have to see what Punk will have to say in the end.
