Brooks Jensen was on the rise as a promising talent in NXT, striving to establish a lasting presence within the company. He has been part of a compelling storyline that blurs the lines between reality and wrestling fiction. Recently, Jensen has made a surprising announcement, stating that he is now a free agent.
During the June 4th episode of NXT, an unexpected incident unfolded during a commercial break, adding intrigue to the ongoing narrative surrounding Brooks Jensen’s future. Jensen was spotted in the crowd during the break but was promptly escorted out by security.
Jensen followed it up by successfully breaking into NXT premises during the June 11th episode as well. Both times he had verbal confrontations with Vic Joseph and Booker T, but none of these were shown on NXT television.
Brooks Jensen took to Twitter and expressed his apologies for his behavior, acknowledging that he has made a fool of himself. He announced that his non-compete clause with WWE has officially ended and he is no longer with the company.
Reflecting on his journey, he expressed gratitude for the friendships and the opportunity to meet his future wife through his work. He thanked everyone for their support and stated that this moment marks the beginning of a new chapter for himself.
”First off I just want to say sorry.. I’m sorry for how I’ve behaved myself on here and I’m just deeply sorry for making an ass out of myself. As you have heard, today I’m no longer with the WWE as my non compete clause is officially up. This has been one hell of a ride and I’m forever thankful and grateful for the friendship this line of work has brought and for letting meet my future wife. So with that being said, thank you all for supporting me and being here with me through theses times but today is only the beginning for the future of Ben Buchanan”
Brooks Jensen has even shown up at independent wrestling events. Now that he is apparently a free agent, it is likely fans will see Jensen in TNA or other promotions as part of his ongoing storyline, so we’ll have to see how that will turn out.
