The sight of tonight’s June 21 edition of SmackDown built major hype for the WWE Money in the Bank, with two qualifying matches taking place and ending with the third and final qualifier of the night.

The scheduled triple-threat match of the night pitted Kevin Owens, Andrade El Idol and Grayson Waller. However, KO walked into the match less than 100% after being assaulted by Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa during his entrance, only to be saved by his ally, Randy Orton, who decided to go ahead in the bout.

The match was an enthralling sight to witness as all three men battled it out for a golden opportunity at stake. The closing moments of the bout saw Andrade El Idolo executing a DDT on Grayson Waller to pin him to the mat and secure the coveted spot in the Men’s Money in the Bank ladder match.

The victory now adds him, alongside Jey Uso, who qualified on RAW and Carmelo Hayes qualifying earlier in the night, to the ladder match, further building excitement as WWE heads towards its next thrilling PLE.
