Professional wrestling boasts numerous promotions worldwide catering to diverse fan bases, including the NWA. The NWA is definitely seeing more growth right now and Bryan Idol has confirmed plans for the NWA to do an invasion angle with another promotion.
While speaking with Steve Fall for Ringside News, Bryan Idol talked about the NWA’s current growth as well as what the company has planned for the future, especially with potential partnerships.
Bryan Idol mentioned that he also relinked the NWA to WWC Puerto Rico. He claimed to have been the conduit for that connection. According to him, they have now established this link. He also mentioned that several NWA personalities participated in an invasion-type event in Puerto Rico.
Bryan stated that there will definitely be more such events in the future. They are planning a big show, which he anticipates will be a special show and a pay-per-view, making it a huge event.
“I also relinked the NWA to WWC Puerto Rico. I was the conduit for that, and now we have that established. We’ve had several NWA people do the invasion type thing down in Puerto Rico, and there’ll definitely be more. We’re setting up for a big show at some point, likely a special show and a pay-per-view, so it’ll be really cool.”
Bryan Idol has also revealed the likelihood of a collaboration with WWE and the NWA. Regardless, we will have to wait and see whether the NWA will see even more growth in the future.
