MJF Delivers Bold Message to Forbidden Door Opponent After 6/19 AEW Dynamite

MJF made his highly anticipated return at Double or Nothing and wasted no time in building a feud with Rush which culminated in a match on the June 19th edition of AEW Dynamite. Following the show, it was confirmed he would have a match at Forbidden Door, and he has now reacted to the same.

The June 19 edition of AEW Dynamite kicked off with MJF and Rush facing off against each other in a solid match. After a hard-fought wrestling match that kept fans on the edge of their seats, MJF delivered a devastating finisher to secure the pinfall victory over RUSH.

As he celebrated his hard-earned win, the atmosphere intensified when Brian Cage and his associates appeared on the Titantron. Cage boldly announced that his ally, CMLL’s Hechicero, was eager to face MJF at the upcoming Forbidden Door event. MJF showed excitement at the prospect of this unexpected challenge, setting the stage for a potentially thrilling showdown.

AEW President Tony Khan took to Twitter and confirmed that The Salt of The Earth will square off against The Alchemist at the AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door pay-per-view on June 30th.

The Salt of The Earth also took to Twitter and commended Rush for his performance and stated that the Mexican star had earned his respect. Afterwards, he sent a message to Hechicero ahead of the Forbidden Door pay-per-view.

We will have to wait and see how the former AEW World Champion will fare against Hechicero at the Forbidden Door pay-per-view, as fans are definitely excited for the bout now.
