Charlotte Flair, a dominant force in the WWE women’s division for over a decade, faced a significant setback in December 2023 when she suffered a serious knee injury during her match with Asuka. Since then, Flair has been diligently working towards recovery and recently shared a promising update on her progress via social media.

In her post, Charlotte revealed, “Today, was my first biodex (isokinetic training) test! I needed to be in the 40 percent or less deficit for strength compared to my non-surgical leg…..I had 20 percent or less quad strength and in some of the measurements I was stronger in my surgical leg…I MISS YOU GUYS & can’t wait to lace my boots again!”

During her hiatus from WWE, Charlotte Flair also excited fans by announcing her involvement in an indie project titled “You Lose You Die,” offering a first look from the movie which garnered significant attention.

As Charlotte continues her impressive recovery journey, anticipation mounts among fans for her return to the wrestling ring and her role in WWE’s ongoing evolution. Her resilience and determination have poised her to make a significant impact in this new era of WWE.
