Tommaso Ciampa Spectacularly Fails to RKO Randy Orton

Randy Orton commands respect not only from wrestling enthusiasts but also within the entire industry, even if not everyone considers themselves huge fan. Everyone wants to get one up on Orton and it appears Tommaso Ciampa tried to RKO Orton and he failed spectacularly.

The RKO is undeniably one of the most popular pro wrestling moves of all time. Many have tried to hit the move to varying degrees of success, but only The Apex Predator can make the move truly deadly.

Johnny Gargano took to Twitter and uploaded a video, where Tommaso Ciampa made it clear he wanted to hit an RKO on Randy Orton outta nowhere while Orton was on a call. Unsurprisingly, when Ciampa jumped to hit the move, Orton simply moved to the side and continued his call as Ciampa fell flat on his back, failing spectacularly in the process. Gargano berated Ciampa and even stated that what Ciampa did was stupid.

Randy Orton recently returned on the June 14th edition of Friday Night SmackDown and even assisted Cody Rhodes against The Bloodline at Clash at The Castle. Regardless, Ciampa learned his lesson that he simply can’t outsmart the master of the RKO.
