Injuries are commonplace in the world of professional wrestling and unfortunately, AEW star Mark Davis is one such star who is out of action due to injury. In that regard, his partner Kyle Fletcher has addressed his in-ring comeback status.

While speaking with Fightful’s Iridian Fierro on WGN Radio, Kyle Fletcher shared an update on his United Empire tag team partner, Mark Davis, who has been out of action since injuring his wrist during match against FTR at AEW WrestleDream 2023.

Fletcher mentioned that there is currently no specific timetable for Davis’s return, and emphasized that he wants Davis to be the one to share his own story. However, Fletcher made it clear that he is confident they will reunite in the ring again someday.

“So, I can’t speak exactly on what’s going on with him right now. I think that’s his story to tell, I don’t want to be that person. He’s doing good. He will definitely be back at some stage. We don’t have an exact timeline but yeah, I can’t wait to get back in the room with him.”

It is certainly unfortunate that there’s no definite in-ring timeline for Mark Davis’ return, but fans are hoping it will happen sooner rather than later, as fans want to see the United Empire duo reunite once again.
