The June 18th edition of WWE NXT will deal with the fallout from last week’s show and also build towards future storylines. Naturally, fans are incredibly excited for their weekly dose of NXT action.
This week’s episode of NXT will be held at the Capitol Wrestling Center in Orlando, FL, and will be airing live at 8 pm Eastern time slot on the USA Network and there’s a ton of action that fans can look forward to.
The first-ever WWE NXT Women’s North American Champion, Kelani Jordan, will be defending her title for the first time against Michin this week in a highly anticipated matchup.
Last week, Cody Rhodes made an appearance on the Black and Yellow brand and announced that 25 men will compete in a Battle Royal to determine the #1 Contender for Trick Williams‘ WWE NXT Championship at Heatwave. Several wrestlers from TNA could be part of the match.
Additionally, last week’s main event saw Roxanne Perez confronted by potential challengers, leading to a brawl. This week, they will settle their differences in a Triple Threat Tag Team Match. We will also hear from the NXT North American Champion Oba Femi.
