Mercedes Mone’s arrival in AEW has undoubtedly reshaped the landscape of the promotion and aside from wrestling, she has other things she enjoys, and that includes basketball. That’s why it comes as no surprise she celebrated the Boston Celtics winning yet another NBA Championship.

Mercedes Mone’s passion for the Boston Celtics is well-known, often seen cheering courtside at their NBA games. That is why she was also in attendance for the Celtics’ most recent game.

Mercedes Mone attended Game 5 of the NBA Finals between the Boston Celtics and the Dallas Mavericks, along with her friend Maria Menounos. Mercedes cheered on her Celtics as they clinched their 18th NBA Championship with a 106-88 victory over the Mavericks. Mone also took to Twitter and uploaded a video of herself celebrating the Celtics’ win as she was clearly happy.

This was certainly a huge moment for the CEO but now she is more focused on her upcoming match against Stephanie Vaquer at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door, so we’ll have to wait and see how that match will turn out.
