There are many stars in TNA who have only now become bigger names in the industry and that includes the musical sensation Joe Hendry. That’s why it’s no surprise he envisions facing The Rock someday.

There have been multiple mentions of Joe Hendry in WWE, including the latest reference on the June 10 episode of WWE Raw. Despite not yet making an appearance in the company, fans are eagerly anticipating the prospect of seeing his exceptional talent displayed in WWE ring. He was even spotted on a billboard near the Clash at The Castle venue last week.

While speaking on Gabby AF, Joe Hendry talked about the collaboration between NXT and TNA and shared his thoughts on potential matches he would like to see. He expressed excitement about the partnership and the possibilities it brings for talent and matchups.

Hendry reflected on his past, mentioning a promo from 2017 where he called out The Rock. Despite how improbable it may seem, he confidently stated his belief that one day he will face The Rock in a professional wrestling ring.

“I can’t tell you why, this sounds crazy, I want you to save this clip because the fact that NXT is working with TNA, the fact that being a TNA talent and having the possibility to think about all of these matches and situations. I’m gonna say a few crazy things right here, because I just believe it to be true. If you go online, you will find a promo of me in 2017 calling out The Rock. For whatever reason, I just believe in my heart that one day, I will stand and face The Rock in a professional wrestling ring. I don’t know why, I just think it’s gonna happen one day.”

We have also reported on NXT’s constant references about Joe Hendry. Joe Hendry was also spotted training with Natalya last week. Regardless, we’ll have to see if Hendry and The Rock ever face off against each other as crazier things have happened in pro wrestling.
