Moose’s Status for Potential WWE Appearance Amidst TNA Collaboration

Moose has been a standout in TNA Wrestling ever since his debut with the company in 2016. Despite his success in Impact, Moose is aware of WWE’s immense stature in the wrestling world and now Moose’s status for potentially appearing on WWE television as part of their collaboration with TNA Wrestling has come to light.

TNA Wrestling and WWE have collaborated in the past, and they recently resumed this partnership with Jordynne Grace’s appearance on NXT television last month and this has led to a lot of speculation about other TNA stars making the jump to WWE television.

One big star that comes to mind for an appearance is certainly TNA World Champion Moose. While speaking on Fightful Select’s backstage report, Sean Ross Sapp noted that one WWE source mentioned that the company had shown interest in Moose years ago.

TNA sources have been outspoken about Moose’s desire to participate in crossover events. Despite this, Moose has been courted by WWE multiple times, even during periods when it may not have been appropriate.

“One WWE source that I spoke to mentioned ‘Moose’ as somebody the company had interest in years-prior. TNA sources have been very outspoken about Moose wanting participation in the crossover. He has been courted by WWE numerous times, even at times when he probably shouldn’t have been.”

Even Moose recently made it clear he would love to appear at the Royal Rumble next year during an interview with WrestleMobs’ Mark O’Brien.

“I mean obviously, being in the Royal Rumble, just being on WWE’s television is something I dreamed of as a kid, but as of right now, I’m loyal to TNA, I’m signed with TNA, I’m happy with TNA. But who knows? Jordynne [Grace] got the call to be in the Rumble. Who knows, maybe next year I’ll get the call, or maybe somebody else in our locker room could get the call. All praise to them, whoever that person is. The thing about our locker room, once somebody in our locker room achieves something so big as entering the Royal Rumble, it makes us all proud because we’re all TNA.”

With WWE showing past interest in Moose and his own aspirations to appear on WWE’s platform, speculation swirls around whether the TNA World Champion could make an impact on WWE television, possibly even in events like the Royal Rumble. Only time will tell whether WWE will have the TNA World Champion appear on WWE television eventually.
