The Bloodline remains one of the most dominant and talked-about factions in all of pro wrestling right now, but that doesn’t mean the members of the family don’t do other things on the side. In fact, Rikishi recently dropped a new song as well.
WWE Hall of Famer Rikishi has also made a mark in the music scene with periodic releases of tracks. Recently, he unveiled his latest song titled ‘We The Ones’, marking a return to his musical endeavors.
Rikishi took to Twitter and shared insights into the inspiration behind the track. He explained that ‘We The Ones’ was born out of the motto used during the Bloodline era of his career. He aimed to create a song that would offer a deeper perspective on this mantra, emphasizing the extensive history of his family across multiple wrestling eras and their ongoing impact on the industry.
“We The Ones. 🩸☝🏾
“During the Bloodine run, that was our motto. I wanted to make a song that puts that saying into better perspective. Our family history is extensive, it covers multiple eras and continues through the modern era of professional wrestling and entertainment.
“The Bloodline is the timeline.
“This song is produced by DJ Clientel of Hieranarchy Media Group. Shout out to my team for putting another banner together!”
Rikishi also previously made it clear that he doesn’t rule out replacing Paul Heyman in The Bloodline. We will have to wait and see how the Bloodline storyline progresses, as it is perfectly clear that WWE has lots of plans in the pipeline. In the meantime, fans can enjoy Rikishi’s new music.
