One of the best matches at the Clash at The Castle Premium Live Event featured Cody Rhodes defending his Undisputed WWE Championship against The Phenomenal AJ Styles in an ‘I Quit’ match. Following the intense encounter, Cody Rhodes has openly admitted to feeling banged up.
The match was an extensive battle filled with innovative moments, as AJ Styles was relentless in his pursuit to force The American Nightmare to utter ‘I quit’ and claim the championship. One of the standout moments was AJ Styles causing Cody Rhodes to bleed, a rare thing that shocked fans.
AJ Styles used belts, handcuffs, kendo sticks, and a myriad of other implements in his relentless assault on Cody Rhodes. However, Rhodes eventually turned the tables, causing Styles to bleed and handcuffing him in return.
Ultimately, it was Cody Rhodes who emerged victorious, forcing AJ Styles to say ‘I quit’ under the threat of striking him with steel steps. Despite this, Rhodes still followed through with hitting Styles with the steps after the match concluded.
Cody Rhodes took to his Instagram story and uploaded a post, admitting that he is banged up after the brutal match and that he plans on beating up The Bloodline after the events of Clash at The Castle.
”Still buzzing from that environment last night – body feels like it was thrown down a rocky cliffside still….
Such a fever for this
What do we do next?

We will have to wait and see how WWE will plan Cody Rhodes and Solo Sikoa’s feud in the coming weeks, as it is very clear that they might just square off against each other at WWE Money In The Bank in July.
