Drew McIntyre is currently on the path to win back the WWE World Heavyweight Championship but that doesn’t mean he can’t hold a grudge. That is why it comes as no surprise he is still determined to go after The Bloodline.
At WWE Clash at the Castle 2022, Drew McIntyre faced off against Roman Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship. Despite appearing to have the match won, McIntyre ultimately lost due to interference from Solo Sikoa and this became one of the biggest sources of trauma for The Scottish Warrior.
While speaking to Corey Brennan of Fightful, Drew McIntyre talked about his ongoing feud with The Bloodline. McIntyre confirmed that targeting The Bloodline remains his main goal even now.
The Scottish Warrior acknowledged the challenges and frustrations he’s faced, particularly when others have interfered in his affairs, making it clear he really wants to retaliate. However, McIntyre stated the importance of staying focused on his goals and making decisions that are best for both his career and the overall business.
“Yeah. That is actually my goal. There have been situations where it’s been very difficult. I had people in my business and I want to just jump on them and rip their heads off. I have to focus on the task at hand and focus on what’s important. I have to focus on what’s best for business and what’s best for me.”
Regardless, Drew McIntyre is currently focused on winning the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at Clash at The Castle Premium Live Event on June 15th, so we’ll have to see how that turns out before he goes after The Bloodline.
