Nick Wayne’s AAA Event Participation Scrapped Due to AEW Priorities

Nick Wayne has been part of the AEW family for almost a year now and the young star has impressed many. Being a part of Christian Cage’s family, he has commitments to attend to and it appears that’s why he has been pulled from an upcoming AAA event.

According to Dave Meltzer in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, it has been reported that Nick Wayne has reportedly been withdrawn from AAA Triplemania Tijuana scheduled for tomorrow night due to commitments with AEW.

AEW is expected to involve Wayne in the Father’s Day segment featuring Christian Cage on the June 15th edition of Collision. However, as of now, neither AAA nor AEW have officially announced any details regarding this situation.

We will have to wait and see what Nick Wayne ends up doing on this week’s episode of Collision as part of Christian Cage’s segment. After all, the episode marks the 1-year anniversary of Collision, making it a significant event.
