NXT Standout Cora Jade is demonstrating remarkable resilience in her journey to recovery. Initially sidelined by an ACL injury, she took a break from WWE television to focus on her healing.

In January, the NXT star suffered a torn ACL at a WWE NXT live event, raising concerns among fans about a potentially lengthy absence. Following the injury, she underwent surgery and began her recovery process.

Over the past five months since her ACL surgery, Cora Jade has been keeping fans updated on her progress. Recently, she underwent her first Biodex test five months after the surgery.

In a follow-up to show her progress, Cora Jade took to her Instagram stories from a workout session. Jade can be seen jumping on a weighted platform, displaying incredible mobility and hinting that her knee was feeling much better and stronger.
