Chris Jericho’s victory over HOOK for the FTW Championship at AEW Dynasty marked a significant turn in his career, as he wholeheartedly embraced his “The Learning Tree” persona. Despite persistent calls for his retirement, Jericho has adeptly turned this sentiment into part of his character. However, it seems that pro wrestling veteran Crowbar has thrown down the gauntlet for a match.

Taking to Twitter, Crowbar shared a video featuring chants from a crowd urging Jericho to retire, highlighting how such a sentiment never occurred during his own matches.

”That is not something I have ever heard during one of my matches.”

Crowbar then posted a video comparing a top rope hurricanrana performed by both himself and Chris Jericho, prompting fans to judge who executed the move better and signaling his desire for a match against Jericho.

”who’s top rope hurricanrana is better ?? #AEW #WWE #IWC”

For those unaware, Crowbar made cameo appearance on AEW television in 2021. Whether this social media challenge will manifest into a showdown between Crowbar and Chris Jericho inside the AEW ring remains to be seen, but Crowbar’s intentions are crystal clear.
