WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan has been involved in multiple ventures since his stint as a professional wrestler and even found his social media account compromised in recent memory. Despite that, The Hulkster has introduced a new premium beer brand called “Real American Beer.”
This easy-drinking light lager will be distributed across 17 states this summer, partnering with several retail giants to unite Americans over a refreshing beer. Hogan’s beer will be available in major supermarket chains such as Albertsons, Safeway, Sam’s Club, and Walmart, as well as alcohol retailers like Total Wine & More and ABC Fine Wine & Spirits.
Furthermore, the beer will be distributed in 17 states, including Florida, Missouri, Minnesota, and Colorado, while the other 13 states remain undisclosed. In a recent interview with TMZ to promote his brand, Hogan revealed that after the promotional situation with popular brand, BudLight, he saw an opening to start his own beer brand to look at potential opportunities with brands like NASCAR, country white and even professional wrestling.
Moreover, he even believed that he wanted to bring America together with his beer brand, despite differences in their caste, sex, race, or any other factor in an effort to strengthen the country.
“When I saw this promotional situation with Bud Light, Paul Hard said ‘OMG there is an open light kind of like a wild wild west deal like I missed the George Forman grill, it’s one of those once in a lifetime deal that come along, so basically I saw this open lane and the open land said NASCAR, Americana, country white, wrestling, warm apple pie, purple mountain’s majesty, I said I got a great idea for a beer. It doesn’t matter if you are Republican or Democrat, it is way bigger than politics. It doesn’t matter what sex you are, what you believe in, what your race is, we have more in common than we don’t, so I figured if I can come up with a beer, that would bring America back together one beer at a time, then we can do it with Hulk Hogan’s Real American”
The launch kicks off with an event featuring Hogan in Hollywood, Florida, on Thursday, followed by another event in Tampa on Friday. The team will also host local events in Minnesota on June 17, Missouri on June 20, and Colorado on June 24, with more states to follow in July and August, so it will be interesting to see how Hulk Hogan’s new venture eventually pans out in the beverage industry.
