Two-time WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair’s accomplishments are truly second to none, which, and he has no qualms about calling out people. That’s exactly why he named the individuals whom he believes led to WCW’s downfall.

As previously reported, the ”Who Killed WCW?” docuseries was produced by Dwayne Johnson’s Seven Bucks Productions and the series premiered on June 4 on VICE TV. The show has now brought WCW’s demise to the forefront again, and many are debating about who was truly responsible for the show’s downfall.

Ric Flair took to Twitter and shared his perspective on the downfall of WCW, attributing it to a “three-headed monster” consisting of Jim Herd, Eric Bischoff, and Vince Russo. According to Flair, it was the dysfunction, animosity, and divisive actions of those in charge that ultimately led to WCW’s demise.

The Nature Boy emphasized that no individual wrestler or faction was responsible for the downfall, but rather it was the mismanagement and interference of those at the helm. Flair expressed gratitude to WWE for revitalizing his career after the tumultuous WCW era.

”I’ve Tried To Lay Low On This But Let’s Face It- Who Killed WCW? It’s A Three-Headed Monster! Jim Herd, @EBischoff , And @THEVinceRusso !!! There’s No Individual Wrestler Or Faction That Caused Anything To Kill WCW. It Was The People In Charge That Created Dysfunction, Animosity, And Tried To Divide And Conquer By Lying To Everyone And Involving Themselves In The Promotion Which Was The Ultimate Failure! God, I Could Give You A Thousand More Examples. I Am One To Live Through All Three Nightmares And To Be Saved By The @WWE ! Thank You To The WWE For Bringing Someone Who Was Dead In The Water As A Result Of These Three People Back To Life!”

Vince Russo also named those whom he believes were responsible for WCW’s death. Nevertheless, WCW’s demise will always be a hot topic, and that is unlikely to change anytime soon.
