Ethan Page debuted in NXT last month and immediately got a title shot against Trick Williams at NXT Battleground 2024. Shockingly enough, Page lost the match and he has now broken his silence on the matter.
In his debut match at NXT Battleground 2024, Ethan Page stepped into the ring to face off against Trick Williams in a highly anticipated showdown. Page was determined to make a memorable entrance into NXT, while Williams was focused on retaining his championship status.
Following a hard-fought battle between the two competitors, the match reached its pinnacle when Trick Williams executed his signature move, the Trick Shot, on Ethan Page. With precision and impact, Williams secured the pinfall, successfully defending his title.
After the NXT Battleground 2024 Premium Live Event concluded, ‘All Ego’ Ethan Page took to Twitter and broke his silence on the matter, as he stated that the pinfall would haunt him for the rest of his life.
”3 seconds that will haunt me forever”
We will have to wait and see what WWE will have planned for Ethan Page now that he suffered a crushing defeat in his debut match. Perhaps the company will book him as a strong contender eventually.
