Roxanne Perez Retains Women’s Championship at 2024 WWE NXT Battleground

NXT Battleground 2024 featured a number of title matches throughout the show. However, one of the most highlighted matches of the night was the NXT Women’s Championship match.

The high-stakes showdown pitted the titleholder, Roxanne Perez, against a surprising challenger in TNA Knockouts World Champion Jordynne Grace in one of the most highly anticipated crossover matches in recent memory.

The action went jam-packed and had the fans in the UFC Apex glued to their seats to witness the historic match between two of the best female competitors of two different wrestling giants.

However, the closing moments of the bout saw Tatum Paxley show up at ringside and run away with Jordynne Grace’s Knockouts title, only to be stopped by another TNA and former WWE superstar, Ash, by Elegance with Grace dropping both of them to the mat. However, the distraction gave Roxanne the opening to connect with Pop Rox and secure the pinfall to retain her title.
