WWE’s developmental territory, NXT, is set to deliver one of its most thrilling shows tonight in Las Vegas, with NXT Battleground taking place at the UFC Apex. Recent photos of the setup reveal a stunning venue, promising a historic night to remember.
The event will feature multiple title matches, including TNA Knockouts Champion Jordynne Grace facing Roxanne Perez for the NXT Women’s Championship, the crowning of the first-ever NXT Women’s North American Champion in a six-woman ladder match, and the night expected to be main evented by Ethan Page making his much-anticipated WWE in-ring debut against Trick Williams for the NXT Championship.
Moreover, the event will also see Lola Vice and Shayna Baszler collide in the NXT Underground match, for which a UFC presence has also been rumored to happen as a major attraction.
However, in a new development, a recent report by Fightful Select stated that multiple NXT names, Meta-Four, Tatum Paxley, Thea Hail, Andre Chase, and Duke Hudson, who are not advertised for the card, are in town for the grand spectacle for NXT.
“Meta-Four, Tatum Paxley, Thea Hail, Andre Chase, Duke Hudson are all in town.”
While their involvement in the show is yet to be seen, WWE is poised to make history with this groundbreaking event as NXT Battleground takes over Las Vegas for an enthralling night of wrestling action.
