Austin Theory’s Frustration Boils Over After Grayson Waller Uses Him As A Shield on 6/7 WWE SmackDown

Grayson Waller is quickly climbing the ranks as one of the most exciting WWE superstars of the modern era, known for his incessant chatter. However, it seems Austin Theory is becoming increasingly frustrated with him following the events on SmackDown this week.

Grayson Waller and Austin Theory were honored with the new WWE Tag Team Championships following their WrestleMania 40 triumph. Since then, the two have been booked well as the champions.

On last week’s SmackDown, Austin Theory found himself in the ring while Grayson Waller, at ringside, made it clear to Corey Graves and Wade Barrett that he was the one boosting Theory’s reputation.

During the June 7th edition of Friday Night SmackDown, it was Waller’s turn in the ring, with Austin Theory standing at ringside. Despite Waller ultimately securing the win, tensions between the two flared up once again.

As Waller celebrated his victory, a flying Johnny Gargano appeared to be targeting him. However, Waller cunningly evaded Gargano’s attack, instead maneuvering Theory into the line of fire, causing him to bear the brunt of the move and crash into the commentary desk. Though Waller emerged victorious, Theory remained on the floor at ringside, visibly stunned, while Waller continued to revel in his triumph.

WWE took to their Instagram and uploaded a video of Grayson Waller and Austin Theory following their match, where Waller was gloating while Austin Theory was growing incredibly frustrated with Waller.

We have already reported that WWE plans on breaking up Waller and Theory, so we will have to wait and see when they will pull the trigger on the breakup so that they can start feuding with each other.
