Seth Rollins faced off against Drew McIntyre at WrestleMania 40, where he dropped the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. His last appearance was assisting Cody Rhodes in the main event on WrestleMania 40 Sunday. Recently, Rollins was spotted performing an impressive workout following knee surgery, showcasing his commitment to recovery.

In case you forgot, Rollins tore his meniscus back in January but decided against immediate surgery at the time. However, recent updates indicate that Rollins had undergone the necessary surgical procedure and we had then reported that it would take some time before he’ll make his in-ring return.

Seth Rollins’ wrestling school Black and Brave Wrestling took to its Instagram account and uploaded a video of Seth Rollins performing overhead shoulder presses with a barbell while also using his knees for momentum, as he definitely looked well in his path to recovery.

”Strength. Function.”
