Randy Orton has been a prime fixture of WWE for over two decades. His Orton’s credibility as a top champion was solidified when he won the World Heavyweight Championship at WWE SummerSlam 2004.

This victory not only marked his first World Championship but also made him the youngest World Heavyweight Champion in WWE history at the age of 24. Moreover, he was recently asked about any possibility of the record being broken in the modern era.

The Viper expressed skepticism, noting the unique circumstances that led to his achievement and the absence of anyone young enough on the current roster to step up and break the record.

Randy Orton’s comments caught the attention of upcoming NXT star, Je’Von Evans. He took to his X to express his respect for The Viper’s accomplishment but looked it as a challenge he would love to take.

At the age of just 20 years, Je’Von Evans has been making exceptional progress as an attraction on NXT most recently being featured in the main event alongside NXT Champion Trick Williams and popular rapper, Sexyy Red.

With four years left for him, it would be interesting to see if Je’Von Evans would be able to do the unthinkable and break Randy Orton’s long-standing record.

Do you think NXT’s Je’Von Evans can break Randy Orton’s record of being the youngest World Heavyweight Champion in the history of WWE? Sound off in the comments!
