Drew McIntyre Hints at Future Showdown with Cody Rhodes During WWE HQ Visit

Drew McIntyre has been one of the most exciting acts on WWE television programming since the onset of 2024, courtesy of his powerhouse social media antics. During his recent escapade, he hinted at a future showdown against The American Nightmare, Cody Rhodes.

During his recent visit to WWE Headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut, Mcintyre visited the section displaying photos of current main roster champions appearing on different LED screens as seen on his Instagram stories.

As he crossed the photo of the current Undisputed WWE champion, Cody Rhodes, he stated that he would see Rhodes “down the line” hinting at a possible showdown between the two top stars.

“See you down the line.”

There is a huge history between Drew McIntyre and Cody Rhodes dating back to their time as WWE tag team champions together in the early 2010s. Moreover, McIntyre is among the few WWE stars to hand a loss to the American Nightmare after his return to the company in 2022.

While Drew McIntyre looks ahead to the upcoming WWE Clash at the Castle event taking place in his home country of Scotland, where is scheduled for a huge title opportunity, a future showdown between Rhodes and Mcintyre at this stage of their career would be nothing short of a blockbuster.
