Following an unfortunate incident at the Royal Rumble, CM Punk faced a setback due to a triceps injury. However, rather than succumbing to the setback, his unwavering determination to return to the ring drove him to commit to a rigorous rehabilitation regimen. In fact, he looked completely recovered while performing an intense triceps workout recently.
While CM Punk hasn’t been able to compete inside the squared circle, he has been a major part of WWE programming over the past several months, especially thanks to his bitter feud with Drew McIntyre.
While he hasn’t competed in the ring for a long time now, Punk is taking his rehabilitation very seriously. That’s why he took to his Instagram story and uploaded a video of himself training at the gym, as he performed an incredibly intense triceps workout that showed full mobility of his triceps, as he looked completely recovered from his injury.
This isn’t his first training session that grabbed eyeballs either. We have also reported CM Punk’s return timeline during his injury hiatus. Nonetheless, we’ll have to see how his feud with Drew McIntyre will progress once he does make his in-ring return.
