WWE NXT Star Appears on Crutch Hinting at Possible Injury on 6/4 NXT

WWE NXT is the home to some of the most talented and rising stars of tomorrow who compete in the WWE developmental territory at their highest level. Amidst the desire to reach the top, injuries can occur any time and it seems a top prospect might have joined that list.

During the June 4th edition of WWE NXT, company veteran Natalya came out with her protege, Karmen Petrovich for her match against Izzy Dame after a brief altercation with her last week.

Interestingly, Karmen who stayed during the entire course of the match was seen with a crutch hinting at a possible injury. The sight was very much evident as she walked back with Natalya following her win over Izzy Dame.

Karmen Petrovich has been receiving a major push from WWE since aligning with a seasoned veteran like Natalya. With a possible injury hinted it could derail the growing momentum that Karmen has garnered with her impressive in-ring style, sword-swirling warrior persona, and partnership with The Queen of Harts.
