The upcoming edition of AEW Dynamite is already shaping up to be an exciting edition for the company’s flagship. The level of interest was raised even further with the addition of a returning superstar.
AEW President and CEO Tony Khan took to his X to announce that Wheeler Yuta is set to make his highly anticipated return to the ring on the June 5th episode of AEW Dynamite. Yuta will be teaming up with his Blackpool Combat Club comrades, Claudio Castagnoli, Bryan Danielson, and Jon Moxley.
The formidable stable will be facing off against the CMLL team of Esfinge and Los Depredadores, which includes Volador Jr., Magnus, and Rugido. Moreover, this match marks Yuta’s first in-ring appearance since January, as he has been sidelined due to concussion-related issues.

In another tweet, Tony Khan clarified that the medical team had cleared Wheeler Yuta after 4 months of evaluation.
