Trick Williams Expresses Desire to Work Match With Booker T in the Future

The current NXT Champion, Trick Williams, has been on a whole another level for the past few months. The star has had some blockbuster matches with the likes of Ilja Gragunov and Carmelo Hayes. While the star has been engaged in some interesting storylines, things are expected to get much better in the next few weeks. 

With Williams being one of the biggest stars left on WWE NXT, the star has a lot at stake. The next few weeks would add some interesting feuds into the mix for the NXT Champion. 

During a recent appearance on the Masked Man Show, the star was asked about potentially teaming up with WWE Hall of Famer Booker T. The champion revealed that he had already asked for a match and that the NXT commentator was always found in the gym. 

“I already asked Booker, ‘Can we run it one time?’ He can still go. He’s in the gym all the time. He hasn’t slowed down one bit. It’s up to him. If we can make it happen. I’m game. I’ll put the title on the line.”

While it doesn’t seem like a match like that would happen, it would be amazing to see how things play out between both stars if a match like that took place.
