Taz is known for his success in ECW and WWE and has been part of AEW’s commentary team for a few years. However, he hasn’t stepped foot inside the ring for a long time and has now addressed possibly having one last match.

Taz recently provided a medical update, explaining how years of intense training and heavy lifting have affected his body. He revealed that he needs joint replacements for both shoulders and both knees, totaling four surgeries, but he’s not planning to have the operations just yet.

A fan recently took to Twitter and asked the ECW legend how badly he would want a last match and if it was a possibility whatsoever. Taz saw the fan’s tweet and responded to it, making it clear that he doubts he will ever wrestle again as he requires far too many surgeries and is happy with his commentary role.

”I’m 56 years old, I need both shoulders replaced and both knees replaced so there is no shot at all. lol Also, I had/have ZERO desire for “1 last match” for many years. No interest at all, once I left the ring years ago…I have been completely comfortable & happy about it. Back than, I focused moving onto my next career at the announced desk.”
