Top Dolla was released from his WWE contract last year, marking the second time he faced such a situation. He has been thriving in other companies since then, but it appears Dolla doesn’t rule out returning to WWE again one day.

The former WWE Superstar wasted no time making an impact after he made his debut at GCW. Now known as AJ Francis, he would also become a star in TNA Wrestling, something that he appreciates Scott D’Amore for.

During an appearance on The Wrestling Classic with Justin and Wheezy, AJ Francis discussed his second stint with WWE. Justin mentioned that working with friends and Bray Wyatt must have made it worthwhile. Francis agreed, saying it was definitely worth it and added that it would likely not be his last run in WWE, as he has a good relationship with people in the company.

“Absolutely, absolutely. The second run was worth it, and I’m telling you now, it’s probably not gonna be the last run. I have a good relationship with the people at WWE. I was backstage when they were in Houston just because I happened to be in town with Bun B. Bun wanted to come to the show, but he was booked. Then he ended up coming with me to TNA, and that was really cool.”

We will have to wait and see when AJ Francis will make his return to WWE somewhere down the line, as he is clearly having a great time in various other promototions in the meantime.
