Chris Jericho has undoubtedly achieved a great deal in his pro wrestling career and is known for his passion for various interests outside the wrestling world, particularly music. However, recently, Sebastian Bach delivered a scathing dismissal of Jericho’s credibility as a singer.
The Ocho has been the vocalist for his own band Fozzy for a very long time now and the band continues to make tours whenever possible. He has a lot of musical knowledge but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t have his fair share of haters as well.
Chris Jericho and legendary heavy metal frontman Sebastian Bach found themselves embroiled in a beef during the tumultuous year of 2020. Bach accused Jericho of lip-syncing during performances, sparking a heated exchange. In response, Jericho defended himself vigorously, even going as far as challenging Bach to a sing-off to settle the dispute.
The long-dormant exchange between Sebastian Bach and Chris Jericho resurfaced when Bach fielded fan questions on Louder Sound. When asked about the possibility of a sing-off with Jericho, Bach responded with a biting retort. He suggested that a more appropriate question would be whether Jericho would be willing to engage in a wrestle-off with him, as he brutally dismissed Jericho’s credibility as a singer.
“The better question would be, will he do a wrestle-off with Sebastian Bach? Because I’m as much of a wrestler as he is a singer.”
We will have to wait and see whether Chris Jericho will decide to respond to Sebastian Bach and finally have some form of face-off one way or the other as fans are interested in it now.
