Ethan Page’s removal from the AEW roster page led to speculation among fans about his status with the company. Ultimately, Page departed from AEW and promptly debuted in NXT this week. It now appears he has pulled out of some independent dates as a result.

The May 28th edition of WWE NXT ended with the unexpected debut of former TNA and AEW star Ethan Page, who targeted Trick Williams. Fans were really excited by this surprise appearance and are eagerly anticipating what he will achieve in NXT.

According to a report by Fightful Select, Ethan Page has pulled out of some of his planned independent dates scheduled for later this year, which might not be all that surprising.

Even then, Ethan Page is still set for an independent event on July 12th. Ethan Page has also claimed he has not signed contract with NXT, but clearly that is not the case and it’s part of a storyline. Nevertheless, we’ll have to see how Page will be booked in NXT in the coming weeks.
