WWE appears to be cutting costs again, and NXT star Brooks Jensen seems to be the latest person to join the list of releases after dropping a major hint on his social media in recent memory.

The NXT star hinted at his departure with a tweet through his official X showing his booking information and adding a message to the same that hinted at the end of his association with the global juggernaut.

“You know how it goes #WWENXT.”

On the December 27, 2023, edition of WWE NXT, Josh Briggs, Fallon Henley, and Brooks Jensen decided to disband their team. After this split, Jensen’s storylines in NXT did not portray him in a positive light.

Following the breakup, Henley and Briggs moved on to more significant roles as singles competitors, while Jensen’s character struggled with a storyline depicting his depression and questioning his place in NXT.

Furthermore, Jensen’s final match took place on March 12, 2024, at WWE NXT. He competed for the WWE NXT North American Title but was defeated by Oba Femi in 11 minutes and 34 seconds.

Moreover, WWE has released several talents and executives this year, in addition to lower-level office staff whose departures are less publicized. So if Brooks Jensen is indeed a part of the list, we will have to wait and see what lies ahead for the rumored former NXT talent.
