Giulia Discharged from Hospital After Wrist Injury

Giulia had the wrestling world buzzing after her impactful debut at NXT Stand & Deliver last month, leaving fans eagerly anticipating her performances in WWE. Unfortunately, she sustained a fractured wrist injury shortly and she underwent surgery for the same. Thankfully, she has now been discharged from the hospital.

Despite her injury, WWE is still targeting an NXT Women’s Title match between Giulia and Roxanne Perez at NXT Heatwave on July 7th. However, these plans are tentative and depend on Giulia’s recovery progress and her commitments with Marigold.

Earlier this week, Giulia underwent surgery for her wrist injury. The former STARDOM star took to Twitter and uploaded a photo of herself today, revealing that she has been discharged from the hospital.

”Discharged from the hospital! Thank you to everyone who was worried about me! I’m fine!”

We have also reported on WWE’s plans for introducing Giulia on NXT television. Giulia’s in-ring return remains uncertain after her wrist injury, but it is evident WWE will book her like a star once she does return to the squared circle.
