Michin Declares Herself ‘The Princess of Extreme’ After 5/28 WWE NXT Win

Michin put in significant effort to reunite the OC—comprising AJ Styles, Luke Gallows, and Karl Anderson, in hopes of revitalizing the faction. Despite her dedication, the group struggled to achieve the desired synergy. As a result, Michin decided to shift her focus to pursuing her singles career. She has been on a tear in NXT lately and declared herself the Princess of Extreme after NXT this week.

During the May 28 edition of WWE NXT, Michin squared off against Tatum Paxley to earn a spot in the ladder match for the NXT Women’s North American Championship. When all was said and done, it was Michin who punched her ticket to NXT Battleground.

While speaking in an interview following NXT, Michin made it clear she has the edge over her other competitors in the ladder match at Battleground due to her previous experience. She also invoked Lita as she dubbed herself the Princess of Extreme.

”Know a thing or two about? Baby, extreme is in my middle name. The last time I was in a ladder match, I busted my nose and still finished. How many of the other girls in this match can say the same thing? Can’t think of not one.

Intimidating? I haven’t even seen her climb a step stool, so what is there to be intimidated about? You got Lita, the queen of extreme and you got Michin, the princess of extreme.

And on June 9th, it’s gonna be coronation day for the new Miss North American champion, Michin. I don’t need luck. We got the skill.”

It remains to be seen whether Michin will end up becoming the first-ever NXT Women’s North American Champion, as fans would be more than happy to see her win championship gold.
