TNA’s Jordynne Grace Announced as Roxanne Perez’s Challenger for NXT Battleground

Roxanne Perez has proven herself to be one of the most dangerous and vicious champions in recent memory ever since her mean streak took over the NXT landscape with Perez ruling as the NXT Women’s Champion.

However, the reign of The Prodigy could be in serious trouble with the announcement of her next challenger for the NXT Women’s Championship for NXT Battleground that would once again test the mantle of Perez as the champion.

On tonight’s May 28 edition of WWE NXT, Roxanne Perez came out to the ring to reflect on her history with the title while berating former champions for using the NXT Women’s title as a stepping stone. As she began targeting NXT GM Ava, she came out, and much to the shock of everyone announced TNA Knockouts champion, Jordynne Grace as her opponent for Battleground.

Jordynne graced the stage and stood right in the face of Roxanne before declaring her intentions to leave NXT Battleground as a double champion with the crowd roaring at the sight of what they just witnessed.
