Sexyy Red Announced as Host of WWE Battleground on 5/28 WWE NXT

The May 28 edition of WWE NXT kicked off to a huge start with General Manager Ava, giving a huge shoutout to the best women’s division on her show and introducing the special guest scheduled to appear for the Black and Gold brand, Sexyy Red.

The popular rapper made her grand entrance inside the Capitol Wrestling Center much to the thunderous ovation of the NXT Universe and captivated them with her flamboyant look and spectacular personality.

As she entered the ring, Ava stated that Sexyy Red had a announcement to make for NXT’s upcoming special coming up at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas in over two weeks, NXT Battleground.

Sexyy Red took the opportunity to reveal that she will be the official host for the show, not before unveiling the NXT Women’s North American Championship belt kept in the middle of the ring on the podium building even further excitement for the unique spectacle planned for WWE’s developmental brand.
