Backstage Details on WWE & TNA Collaboration Following Jordynne Grace’s Surprise NXT Appearance

The new regime of WWE has been exploring multiple collaborations with different wrestling promotions ever since they came into effect and a surprise appearance came together through one of those collaborative effort on tonight’s May 28 edition of WWE NXT.

As seen on tonight’s show, TNA Knockouts World Champion Jordynne Grace made shocking appearance and was revealed as the next challenger for Roxanne Perez’s NXT Women’s Title at their upcoming event, NXT Battleground.

This was not the first time WWE Universe witnessed her imposing presence, as she even made an appearance as a surprise entrant in the 2024 Women’s Royal Rumble earlier this year.

According to PWInsider, the word backstage at WWE NXT is that after Jordynne Grace’s appearance on tonight’s show, more WWE and TNA collaborative efforts are expected in the days ahead with some NXT representation also planned for TNA television programming.

“The word backstage at tonight’s #WWENXT was that Knockouts Champion Jordynne Grace appearing tonight and at Battleground next Sunday will not be the only WWE and TNA collaboration in the days ahead. The belief is that there will be some sort of NXT representation on future TNA events and programming as well.”

With Jordynne Grace’s appearance receiving a thunderous response, it will be interesting to see more WWE and TNA crossover to each other’s territory for some of the most exciting action and storylines in professional wrestling.
