Randy Orton commands respect not only from wrestling enthusiasts but also from every single wrestler in WWE and beyond, even if some people don’t necessarily like him. He has been at the top of the food chain for many years and stated that he feels so good physically that it reminds him of his 20s.
The Apex Predator made his triumphant return to WWE television during the Survivor Series Premium Live Event last year. In the months since then, Orton has shown off a level of physical prowess fans haven’t seen from him in over a decade.
While speaking to Kayla Braxton, Randy Orton shared his thoughts on how he has been feeling lately inside the squared circle. The Viper admitted that he hasn’t felt this physically good since his 20s.
“I’ll be honest with you, I put on some weight. And I feel like I’m at my natural weight right now. This is how much I was meant to weigh. And I think it’s because I got my back fixed. My training was able to change. I changed a few things with the diet. But I gotta be honest with you, I’m in my early 40s. I haven’t felt this good since I was in my early 20s. Yeah, I mean, my back has been giving me problems for a very long time. And I had amazing doctors shout out to Dr. Adam Cantor. Thank you, sir. I owe you my back. Because of him and his team, you know, I feel stronger than ever.”
Gunther managed to secure pinfall victory over Randy Orton at the King and Queen of The Ring Premium Live Event. We’ll have to wait and see what the future holds for The Viper, as it will still be a while before he retires.
