It has been a couple of months since WWE introduced their new Twitter show, WWE Speed. Since their introduction, WWE has featured some interesting matches on social media with a new title also introduced a few weeks ago. Ricochet was crowned the inaugural WWE Speed Champion and has been a massive name on the new show since then.

A Twitter user asked about the reason WWE didn’t feature the WWE Speed Championship on Raw and Smackdown every week. Not only that, but another question was the reason Ricochet didn’t defend his title on TV.

The Champion addressed the question on social media and stated that Twitter exclusively signed a deal with WWE to show the matches for the title on their platform due to which WWE didn’t feature the title on TV.

Because a specific company paid a specific amount of money to have a specific show and title, EXCLUSIVELY be shown on their specific platform.”

While Ricochet has been busy with his matches and title defenses on the new show featured on Twitter, he has also kept himself in the spotlight on the red brand. The champion was brutally attacked by Bron Breakker this past week on the red brand and might end up feuding with the star in the next few weeks.
