Liv Morgan had vowed to give it her all at the King and Queen of The Ring event, and she delivered on that promise by capturing the Women’s World Title. Following her victory, Morgan shared her first remarks, expressing her excitement and gratitude for achieving this significant milestone.
During the King and Queen of The Ring Premium live event, Becky Lynch entered as the clear favorite and initially dominated Liv Morgan. However, Morgan managed to turn the tide, making it a highly contested match that kept fans engaged throughout.
Dominik Mysterio attempted to interfere, and his actions inadvertently played into Morgan’s favor. He threw a chair into the ring, which Morgan ultimately used to her advantage. She delivered a DDT onto the chair, followed by her finisher, the Oblivion, to defeat The Man and win the Women’s World Championship.
WWE took to their Instagram and uploaded a video of Liv Morgan after her win, as
”I told you. I told each and every single one of you. I completed the Liv Morgan Revenge Tour. And you can cry about it.”
Triple H has also congratulated Liv Morgan after her huge win. It remains to be seen what the future holds for Liv Morgan now that she has become the new Women’s World Champion. Given that her victory was aided by Dominik Mysterio’s interference, it is clear that Becky Lynch isn’t done with Morgan just yet. The rivalry between Lynch and Morgan is far from over, promising more intense clashes in the future.
