Cody Rhodes Addresses The Rock’s Gift During RAW After WrestleMania

At WWE WrestleMania 40, Cody Rhodes clinched the biggest victory of his career by dethroning Roman Reigns to become the Undisputed WWE Champion. However, this monumental win was shrouded in uncertainty just months prior when Rhodes had to give up his spot to The Rock.

Now, Rhodes has revealed that Rock had confronted him after WrestleMania, telling him that their story was not finished. During this confrontation, The Rock handed Cody something that hasn’t been revealed yet, leaving fans buzzing with speculation.

In an interview on Busted Open Radio, Cody was asked about the nature of the gift from The Rock. He explained that it was not a dollar and was significantly more expensive. He added that he extended an olive branch towards The Rock and the Seven Bucks team out of immense respect for their accomplishments. However, The Rock did not perceive it as a positive gesture and handed it back, leaving Cody “heart-stricken.”
