AEW boasts an immensely talented roster of professional wrestlers who are always prepared to deliver top-notch performances for their fans. However, with limited television time each week, many of these talented individuals find themselves underutilized, leading to frustration among AEW talent.

The company has incredible in-ring talent like Bryan Danielson, Kenny Omega, Will Ospreay, Rey Fenix, Jon Moxley and so many more stars that it’s always a competition to determine who would even show up on television.

According to Dave Meltzer in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, it was noted that AEW talent are frustrated due to the size of the roster which has led to a lack of ring time and exposure for many talent.

”AEW talent are frustrated over the size of the roster, resulting in a lack of ring time and exposure.

AEW went from the fun place to work with the great backstage camaraderie when WWE talent for the most part were walking on eggshells, to a place with a lot of frustration from wrestlers making a nice and even great living but not getting anywhere near the ring time nor upward mobility hoped for.”

We have also reported that many AEW contracts are set to expire soon, so it would not be a big surprise if more talent end up leaving the company due to their lack of exposure over the years.
